All New Units in Update 2.5
3 Four units join the roster, six equipment pieces go into the Armory crafting pool, and two brand new areas open up alongside them. Three of the four new units land at the top of the meta — 5th God Hand, Silver Falcon, and Iron Wolf (Struggler) all sit in S tier, though those placements are still early and will move as people test them properly.

Falcon Evolutions — The Star of Update 2.5
11 The Broken Falcon Quest is especially interesting as you can obtain one of two new units by completing it. You must farm either Redeemed Souls or Sacrificed Souls to get the Silver Falcon or 5th God Hand, respectively. 11 The Broken Falcon is the base unit and the quest giver for the Falcon’s Eclipse quest in Anime Expeditions. Visit the Broken Falcon NPC in the Crimson Shore story map to start this quest — the NPC is located behind you at the spawn.
💡 Pro Tip: 3Redeem Eclipse, 250klikes, 8thCompany, and EvolutionsFix first, then take the Broken Falcon quest from the NPC in Crimson Shore Act 1 and farm 150 Redeemed or Sacrificed Souls in Eclipsed Infinite on School Grounds.
Eclipsed Infinite — New Soul Farming Mode
3 The mode runs on a voting loop. Every five waves, players choose between Redemption, Sacrifice, and Neutral cards. Those votes fill a meter, and once it is full, a boss spawns. Killing that boss is what pays out Redeemed or Sacrificed Souls — the core currency needed to unlock the new Falcon evolutions.
⚠️ Grind Warning: 3The update brings a soul-farming mode that gates the new Falcon evolutions behind a fairly long grind.
Berserk-Themed Story Content
10 Two character teasers were released. The first centers on Guts. The second builds to Griffith transforming into Femto, and it is carried entirely by on-screen text rather than dialogue, closing on the line about needing to keep winning to reach his dream.
What Was in Update 2.0? (The Foundation)
10 Update 2.5 arrives on top of Update 2.0, which launched on August 31st, 2026 under the Summer Siege banner. That patch added nine units and their evolutions, the Portals mode with five tiers and craftable Secret Portals, the Tidal Siege event mode, and a fishing mechanic with six event ranks and five rods. It also brought a batch of quality-of-life changes, including a second trait swap slot, setting presets, auto-sell rules for farms and lootboxes, and visible capsule rates while opening.
Best Priority Order for Update 2.5
3 Redeem codes first, then the Broken Falcon quest so soul progress starts counting, then Eclipsed Infinite runs with a rerolled Economist’s Coin on your farm unit. Everything else in Absolute Dream can wait until you have the Falcon evolutions moving.
