Best Elation Trailblazer Teams in Honkai: Star Rail (Version 4.2) — Free Unit, Maximum Impact

EMC just dropped in HSR 4.2 and already fits in the best Elation comps — here’s exactly who to pair them with

Elation Trailblazer (Lightning) is a free 5★ Path variant for the Trailblazer, released in Version 4.2. They serve as a strong sub-DPS and support unit, specializing in generating resources for Elation teams, providing CRIT DMG buffs, cleanses, and team-wide Elation DMG boosts. GuruGamer

The Elation Trailblazer can trigger an ally’s Elation Skill on demand using their Ultimate, while also generating Certified Banger and Punchline to boost the team’s overall Elation damage. Game8

Best Elation Trailblazer Team Compositions

🥇 Team 1 — Sparxie Hypercarry (Best Overall)

Sparxie’s kit and signature Light Cone receive maximum benefits when three Elation characters are on the team, and Elation Trailblazer helps reach that count — providing support roughly on par with Sparkle, due to the extra Elation Skill EMC can generate. Icy Veins

Team 2 — Evanescia Core

Evanescia is the team’s main DPS, dealing powerful Physical Elation Damage and gaining immense benefits based on the amount of Certified Banger Points generated. Elation Trailblazer serves as enabler, generating Certified Banger Points while forcefully triggering Evanescia’s Elation Skill. Enjoygm

Team 3 — Silver Wolf (Elation Ver.)

Silver Wolf’s Elation Skill either helps generate more Hidden MMR for her transformation or, after transformation, deals a sizeable chunk of damage. She enjoys having Sparxie as Sub-DPS and Yao as a resource generator, but Elation Trailblazer can substitute either of these units effectively. Icy Veins

Best Light Cone & Relics (Quick Reference)

Elation Brimming with Blessings (from The Herta Store) is the best Light Cone for EMC in single DPS teams, while Sprightly Vonwacq is the top Planar Ornament choice, boosting Energy Regeneration Rate and advancing their action to trigger Ultimate faster. Sportskeeda

For stats, prioritize: SPD > CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG, keeping ATK above 2,200 for the best results.
