You’ve survived the Labyrinth, solved the puzzles and outlasted Pinhead’s cult. Now comes the question every horror fan faces: how many endings does Hellraiser: Revival have, and how do you see them all? Short answer: two, and you can unlock both without replaying the whole game.

If you want some franchise context first, Hellraiser on Wikipedia covers the series’ history.

Stay Ending“Good”Human After AllAidan refuses the offer and stays behind with the Merchant

How the Final Choice Works

The game doesn’t branch based on dozens of earlier decisions. Both endings come down to one decision in the final moments, after you complete the Ritual of Rebirth and return to the apartment. In the last scene you either follow the Cenobites through the opening or stay until it closes.

That makes things refreshingly simple: there’s no hidden morality meter to manage and no early choice that locks you out.

Ending 1: Join the Cenobites

Choose to follow, and Aidan offers up his tongue as the first of many sacrifices. He wakes in a dark cell, chains tearing at him as he recalls his time with Sunny, and then he becomes a Cenobite. It’s grim, and it does not reunite him with Sunny. Several outlets call it the worst outcome, and it unlocks Experience Beyond Limits.

Ending 2: Stay Human

Refuse the offer, and the Cenobite leaves while Aidan stays with the Merchant. He resolves to start over without repeating his mistakes, and the scene closes at sunrise. It’s gentler, but not exactly a happy ending. It unlocks Human After All.

How to Get Both Endings Without Replaying

StepWhat to Do
1Reach the final choice after the Ritual of Rebirth
2Make a manual save before deciding
3Pick one ending and watch it through
4Reload and choose the other

The game also creates a final autosave that lets you return to the last decision after the credits. A manual save is still the safest backup, especially since one guide notes that non-story trophies are missable because there’s no chapter select.

Is There a “True” Ending?

You may see guides claiming four endings, including a “true” one with hidden requirements like resonance stones or ally deaths. Those claims appear on some fan wikis, many written before launch. The launch trophy list has exactly two ending trophies, and launch-day walkthroughs describe one choice with two outcomes. Until the developers say otherwise, treat the two-ending count as correct and be skeptical of “secret ending” pages.

Trophy Hunter Tips

  • The game has 45 trophies and achievements, including a Platinum.
  • Both ending trophies are required for 100% completion.
  • A full run takes roughly 8 to 10 hours if you collect everything.
  • Grab collectibles at the first opportunity, because there’s no chapter select.
