How to Find Isaac
- Head to the Clock Tower. From the Master Bridge, go east to enter it.
- Get past the trap. You’ll need to clear the Clock Tower’s trap before reaching the true fight.
- Enter the Heart of the Clock. This sub-section is where the second Isaac encounter happens.
- Win the fight. Defeating him awards The Zealot and its Chronomantic Dive spell.

Don’t Skip the Spear
Chauve-Souris isn’t part of Isaac’s reward screen. It’s left in the arena after the battle, so pick it up after his dialogue before heading out. Many players rush the exit and miss it.
