Players fell so hard for her that they begged Bethesda to make her a companion. And guess what? Bethesda listened. She’s officially recruitable now.

How to Add Muria Siarkiewicz as an Elite Crewmember
It couldn’t be simpler. Fan-favorite NPC Muria Siarkiewicz can now be added as an Elite Crewmember — find her at her normal spot near GalBank in New Atlantis. Insider Gaming
That’s right — she hasn’t moved. Head to New Atlantis on Jemison, walk to the GalBank lobby, and you’ll find Muria exactly where she always was. The difference now is you can actually recruit her. Just speak to her and invite her aboard your ship.
Players who became enamored with the sass-mouthed goth NPC may be in for a pleasant surprise, as she can be seen chatting with the player character aboard a ship, talking about her passion for her previous job working in a morgue.
Why Did She Become So Popular?
While Muria Siarkiewicz was fairly generic as an NPC in Starfield, many players reported finding Muria dead in New Atlantis due to what appeared to be a bug. This resulted in her popularity skyrocketing on Reddit, with many requesting she be made a companion or follower — especially after her voice actor Ell released a video addressing the NPC’s supposed death. The fan demand was so strong that Nexus Mods even had a dedicated “Muria as Crew” mod before Bethesda made it official. Community power at its finest.
