What to Expect: 4.2 Anniversary Leaks
The anniversary isn’t just about codes; it’s about the “so seismic” shift in the meta.
- New Characters: The spotlight is on Silver Wolf Lv. 999, a radical reimagining of our favorite gamer girl, shifting her to the Path of Elation with Imaginary damage. Joining her is Evanescia, a 5-star Physical unit.
- Anniversary Rewards: Leaks suggest a “Gift of Odyssey” login event totaling 20-30 free pulls, plus rumors of a free 5-star character selector featuring older favorites like Robin or Huohuo.
- Novaflare Buffs: Classic characters including Firefly, Welt, Seele, and Huohuo are expected to receive “Novaflare” updates, breathing new life into their kits for the current endgame.

FAQs
How do I redeem my HSR codes on iOS?
Since the in-game redemption menu is restricted on iOS, you must use the official HoYoverse Redemption Site. Log in with your account, select your server, and paste the code to have the rewards sent to your in-game mailbox.
Will the top-up bonus reset for the 3rd Anniversary?
Yes! Consistent with previous anniversaries, Version 4.2 is expected to reset the “First-Time Top-Up” bonuses in the shop, effectively doubling the Oneiric Shards you receive for your first purchase at each price tier. For more F2P tips and tricks, check our latest guides.
