The winter chill has officially hit Los Santos, and while most citizens are bundling up in Cluckin’ Bell hoodies, it’s time for you to suit up in official blues. As of the Neighborhood GTA Watch Event (April 9 – April 15, 2026), the highly anticipated Winter LSPD Officer Outfit is finally available to claim.
Unlike the summer variant, this uniform features long sleeves to keep you warm during those high-speed chases through the snowy peaks of Mount Chiliad. Here is your quick guide to securing the badge.

The “No-Tie” Customization Trick
Many players prefer the more rugged “Open Collar” or “No-Tie” look for their law enforcement roleplay. Traditionally, Rockstar provides the “With Tie” version as the default unlock.
To achieve the no-tie look, head to your wardrobe after unlocking the outfit. Navigate to the “Outfits: Law Enforcement” category. While you cannot simply “remove” the tie from the full outfit in the accessories menu, many players utilize the Tops > Service Shirts category to find the long-sleeve winter variant. If you own the Summer LSPD outfit, you may find that the tie-less winter shirt can be glitched onto your character using the “Telescope Glitch” or by selecting specific “Necklace” options that force the tie to despawn.
