Magik Skin: The Darkchilde Arrives
Magik, also known as Illyana Rasputin, brings her mystical powers and demonic aesthetic to Fortnite with this stunning Marvel Comics interpretation.
What’s Included: The Magik bundle contains the main outfit featuring her iconic armor and blonde hair, the “Soulsword” harvesting tool that glows with otherworldly energy, and the “Limbo Portal” back bling that projects swirling dimensional energy.
Design Details: The skin faithfully recreates Magik’s appearance from Marvel Rivals, complete with her signature horned armor and mystical accents. The outfit includes a built-in emote where Magik summons stepping discs, a reference to her teleportation abilities.
How to Purchase: Navigate to the Item Shop and locate the Marvel Rivals section. The Magik skin is available as a standalone purchase for 1,500 V-Bucks or as part of the discounted Marvel Rivals Bundle.
Why Players Love It: Magik represents one of the X-Men’s most visually distinctive characters, and this skin delivers on both comic accuracy and Fortnite’s signature style. The glowing Soulsword is particularly popular for its unique visual effects. For more Marvel collaborations, check TechnoSports’ gaming coverage.
Luna Snow Skin: K-Pop Meets Superhero
Luna Snow brings style, music, and ice powers to the island as Fortnite welcomes this Korean pop star turned superhero.
What’s Included: The Luna Snow bundle features the main outfit with her performance-ready costume, the “Snowstorm Mic” pickaxe that doubles as her weapon and stage prop, and the exclusive “Encore” emote where she performs a signature dance move.
Design Highlights: This skin perfectly balances Luna’s dual identity—glamorous K-pop idol and powerful Inhuman hero. The white and blue color scheme with crystalline ice accents makes it one of the most visually striking Marvel skins in Fortnite.
Acquisition Method: Like Magik, Luna Snow is available in the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks individually or as part of the 2,400 V-Bucks Marvel Rivals Bundle that saves you 600 V-Bucks compared to separate purchases.
Unique Features: The skin includes reactive elements—ice particles appear around Luna when she moves quickly, and the outfit subtly glows during evening matches. The Encore emote features an original music track not available elsewhere in the game.
Cultural Significance: Luna Snow represents increased Asian representation in both Marvel and gaming spaces, making this collaboration particularly meaningful to many players. Discover more character spotlights at TechnoSports.
Bundle vs. Individual Purchase
Marvel Rivals Bundle (2,400 V-Bucks): Includes both Magik and Luna Snow skins, all harvesting tools, back blings, and emotes—a 600 V-Buck savings compared to buying separately.
Individual Skins (1,500 V-Bucks Each): Purchase only your preferred character if budget is a concern or you only want one outfit.
Value Analysis: The bundle offers better value for Marvel collectors or players who regularly use multiple skins for variety. Individual purchases work best for players with strong character preferences.
How Long Are They Available?
Marvel Rivals skins typically remain in the Item Shop for 7-10 days before rotating out. They may return during future Marvel-themed events, but Epic Games doesn’t guarantee specific return dates.
Pro Tip: Don’t wait if you want these skins—Marvel collaborations sometimes take months to reappear in rotation, and some have never returned.
