Elyms: The Confirmed Newcomer
Hotta Studio has officially unveiled Elyms as an S-rank Cosmos character. She is the Lieutenant of the ETD-6 Division and will join squadmates Chaos and Linko on the playable roster.
Fans may recognise her from the Co-Ex Test trailer, but her design has changed noticeably since then. She is expected to headline the first-phase banner of the update.
What about her playstyle? Leaks describe a five-hit close-range attack sequence, which suggests she’ll spend real time on the field rather than just supporting from the backline. Nothing here is confirmed, so treat it as an early read. She may pair well with Lightning-focused teammates or characters such as Iroi and Linko.
Exe: The Leaked Captain
Leaks consistently point to Exe, the ETD-6 captain, arriving in Phase 2. His Chaos attribute and reaction mechanics are said to make him a strong candidate for a main damage dealer. Since Elyms is his lieutenant, releasing both in the same patch would make narrative sense.
Remember that Exe is a leak, not an official reveal, so details can change before launch.
When Does NTE 1.5 Launch?
No official date has been announced. If the game keeps its roughly six-week update cycle, one analyst expects Version 1.5 around November. Learn more about the game on Neverness to Everness on Wikipedia.
Smart Pull Tips
- Save currency now. Two big banners are expected back-to-back.
- Wait for official info. Don’t commit pulls to leaks.
- Think about team synergy. If you own Linko or Chaos, Elyms may slot in neatly.
