007 First Light: Release Date & Time
The DLC is due October 1, 2026. IO Interactive hasn’t given an exact time, but the official website runs a countdown. Based on the regional times listed by Sportskeeda, the drop looks to be around 14:00 UTC.

| Los Angeles | 7:00 AM PDT |
| Mexico City | 8:00 AM CST |
| India | 7:30 PM IST* |
*My conversion from the 14:00 UTC equivalent, not an official figure.

Heads up: a few outlets say October 2, but October 1 is the date in IO’s own teaser. Check the official countdown before you plan around it.
What’s in the DLC?
IO hasn’t confirmed the contents. The teaser is a 13-second clip of a car speeding down a scenic road, so the leading theory is a new TacSim mission with the Aston Martin Valhalla. The roadmap lists a driving challenge on Slovakia’s mountain slopes, and the car has sat under a cover on the game’s main menu since launch.
A separate story expansion with Bawma (played by Lenny Kravitz) is also planned, but it has no release date and may not be part of this drop.
Who Gets It?
It’s free if you own the base game. 007 First Light launched on May 27, 2026 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. The Nintendo Switch 2 version has been delayed to 2027.
