To unlock Dispatch Work, complete Slush Fund as the session leader, then activate it while in any law enforcement vehicle.

Players who complete five Dispatch Work missions can earn the Summer LSPD Officer w/ Tie Outfit plus GTA$200,000 as part of the Weekly Challenge.
