How to Get Pokémon Badges on Twitch (2026 Guide)

Twitch offers an official Pokémon Badge system that lets viewers earn and display collectible badges next to their usernames while watching Pokémon streams. These badges level up the more you watch and can unlock special emotes and flair.

Here’s a simple, updated guide on how to get them:

Step-by-Step: How to Get Pokémon Badges

1. Link Your Accounts
   • Go to the official Pokémon Twitch Extension page (twitch.tv/pokemon).
   • Log in with your Twitch account.
   • Connect your Pokémon Trainer Club or Pokémon GO account.
2. Watch Eligible Streams
   • Tune into any streamer who has the Pokémon Twitch Integration enabled (look for the Poké Ball icon in the stream).
   • Popular categories include Pokémon GO, TCG Live, Pokémon Scarlet/Violet, and competitive battles.
   • You earn Badge XP passively while the stream is open and active.
3. Level Up Your Badges
   • The more hours you watch, the higher your badge level becomes.
   • Different badges are tied to specific Pokémon (Pikachu, Eevee, Charizard, Lucario, etc.).
   • Higher levels unlock better-looking badges and exclusive chat emotes.
